Our interns don't just shadow - they learn the how and why behind what we do, then prove that they can apply it themselves.
LP Interns Sam Kober () and Paulina Aarmendariz () just wrapped their end of semester capstone project: design a full year of training for a hypothetical athlete, then stand up in front of the coaching staff and defend every decision.
Why did you make this exercise selection? Why plan this training phase when you did? Why this progression and not that one? We don't just hand our interns a template, we teach them to think like a coach.
