Description:

Digital implementations of complex signal processing algorithms in field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs)
Develop high-speed, large bandwidth digital systems using advanced COTS and custom components
Architect complex digital processing systems including hybrid architectures of FPGA and general purpose processors
Field testing for data collections and demonstrations of advanced sensor systems

Basic Requirements:

BS, MS or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, or related technical discipline
Experience with FPGA design tools such as Verilog, VHDL, and programming on Xilinx and Altera FPGAs
Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools for translation from Matlab or Python to FPGA code generation (e.g., Xilinx System Builder and HDL Coder)
Familiarity with scientific programming in MATLAB, Simulink and/or C/C++

Desired (Plus):

Experience with Xilinx Vivado Design Suite HLx Editions
Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Citizen)

Involved in several aspects of the product life-cycle, ranging from product specification through firmware design and validation.
Debugs and solves issues related to firmware design, hardware interfaces, and code implementation.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering plus four (4) years of experience in an Embedded Linux Development role or a related field.
Embedded C/C++, Linux Firmware Development, Real-Time Operating Systems.

Desired (Plus):

Knowledgeable and experienced with programming high data-rate bus and I/O architectures, including PCIe 3.0/4.0, RDMA, and other multi-gigabit Ethernet technologies.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Expectations:

Must be residing in, or willing to relocate to the Denver metro area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
