Project Spotlight: Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa—Arizona’s first Grand Hyatt. ✨🌵

Owned by Xenia Hotels & Resorts, the property has undergone a remarkable $115 million phased renovation and rebrand from Hyatt Regency. The transformation includes refined guestrooms, expanded meeting spaces, elevated poolside experiences, and the addition of a new spa and F&B venues.

We’re proud to have collaborated with the talented teams at and to help bring this stunning vision to life—and deeply grateful to the many vendor partners whose contributions made this transformation possible.

We’re turning the spotlight on (KBAA), one of R-W’s recipients of our Very Important Vendor Award. The KBAA team exemplifies what it means to be a valued partner—bringing not only expertise and a keen eye for creativity but also a remarkable level of responsiveness and collaboration.
