👉 Shoulder Internal Rotation.

If your shoulder can’t rotate properly, you’re fighting against your own mechanics every time you press, throw, or even reach overhead.

Here are 2 of my go-to shoulder internal rotation exercises I use daily with patients at The Performance Project Physical Therapy in Centennial, CO ⬇️

1️⃣ Shoulder Internal Rotation – builds base strength and mobility
2️⃣ Shoulder IR at 90° – improves control in your throwing or pressing position

💡 These drills improve shoulder mobility, reduce pain, and help prevent impingement — so you can move, lift, and perform at your best.

Do these 2–3x per week before your upper body workouts or as part of your warm-up routine.
