my journey, I have tried many different ways to be fit. I was a triathlete, cyclist, and long distance runner. A few years ago I made a change and started resistance training. That’s when my I fell in love with health and fitness. I am fit now and stay fit not because of genetics, but because it is my lifestyle. I know how hard it can be but it is like eating, breathing, and sleeping. I know God gave me this passion to help those around me. Obtaining my certification was challenging, exciting, and necessary as a professional, but the real learning has come from “hands on” experience with countless men and women who have worked along side me to make real, long lasting changes to better their health. I understand everyone has a different level of fitness, different goals, and every body is completely different. I am completely committed to helping my clients achieve your goals. I also encourage all my clients to celebrate the little wins each day! I believe the journey to a healthy, fit lifestyle is progress not perfection!
