One of our beautiful yogis, .lioness shared this snippet of her time on the mat the other day, and it got us thinking...about lions...about fear...and about COURAGE.

What does it mean to chase the lion? To us, it means to go THROUGH fear. When you are chasing a big dream, you need to have COURAGE.

We all have it, even if you think you don’t, deep inside of us at the bottom of our bellies buried in butterflies lie courage. Be the lion, chase the lion, and be fearless and courageous in the pursuit of your dreams.

The beauty is that many of us discover that roaring beast in the quiet stillness on our mats.
