For those that don't know, aside from Selling Real Estate here in MI, I'm also Investing in RE here and in a few Select Markets out of State. The Market is shifting, but not crashing, which opens up tremendous opportunity on the Investment side of things. I just picked up a NICE home just south of Atlanta GA. ARV of $280k, maybe $20k in upgrades, on Contract for $180k! You can do the math, the deals are out there if you're looking hard enough. I am willing to JV or take on Capital Partners as it would allow us to do more deals at once and I don't mind sharing.
