BAMBQ will be taking the next 30 days off from vending, catering, and competitions to heal some cracked ribs, do some trailer maintenance, and a much needed vacation. See everyone in Ely in August for their celebration. We will be at the Grill Works in Marion next weekend for the Beef ribs class.

We want to say thank you everyone who supports BamBQ whether its at a bbq competition, classes at the Grill Works, vending with the food truck or catering. If it was not for all you we would not doing able to follow our vision. With that being said, we challenge each and everyone of you when you are shopping or grabbing dinner out during the month of July please support local as we / they depend on your business to be successful.
