What if we could have a Creative Arts Event here in Cedar Rapids that would facilitate artists who sense a calling from God to display art that communicates what is on God’s heart. To share the creative process as a form of worship? To invite the community to come and experience the Arts in a way they may have never experienced before.

Jesus paid it all. He took to the cross without an ounce of resistance. He who was perfect, who was without sin, He who was of the Father, One with the Creator of Heaven and earth, took the sins of us all and died on the cross. He was sacrificed in the most brutal of ways. Tortured, mocked, dehumanized, abused in every way…taking a punishment that was not of His doing…yet His love for us was so great, that He took our judgment upon Himself. Today we honor Him, we take time to reflect on the payment that was made for OUR sins. We take time to humble ourselves. To lower ourselves before Him, to be reminded of our imperfections, reminded of our flaws. We humbly receive His grace. We bring our hearts forward with a deep repentance and love and with all of our gratitude. Empty out all of your heart before Him…for He is well deserving of every ounce of adoration and appreciation you could possibly give Him. Thank you Jesus. You are the Messiah. You are the Christ.
