Jefferson Cheer has so much to celebrate with this senior class. We have seniors being honored with Valedictorian, Salutatorian, honors, four & five year medals, volunteer awards, NHS, and several scholarship! They are going to be missed, but they are going to be successful in life! We are extremely proud of a few special awards.

Proud of Sophia for being awarded the Scholar Athlete Award. Sophia is very well rounded with athletics, fine arts and in the classroom. She is also a 2 time State Champion and has her name on four of the cheer trophies.

“The Jefferson Scholar Athlete Awards are presented to two students each year—one male and one female—who have excelled in the classroom as well as in athletics.”

Proud of Eli for being awarded the Distinguished Athletic Award. Not only does he deserve this award but so much more! He is a 2 time State Champion and has his name on all 5 cheer trophies in the trophy case. He is also a school record holder in track.

He is going to further his cheer career at Iowa Central Community College. He plans to attend a four year university and cheer there as well.
