Event starts at 11!

The costume contest will have 3 age categories along with a best group.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for these age groups of 0-5, 6-13, and 14 and up.
Best group will have one winner.
The costume parade/costume contest will start promptly at 12PM.
