My name is Naomi Dolan and as many of you know, I am the granddaughter of Terry and Nancy Dolan. At the end of this month, they are celebrating a great milestone, their 60th wedding anniversary! The Catlin, Salt Fork, and surrounding community have been a part of my grandparents' lives for the last 60 years. Some highlights, but not a complete list, of how they have dedicated their lives to the area are as follows. Both received Citizen-of-the-year, ran Pizza Time, and founded the Catlin Historical Society. Terry served as Mayor for 16 years and Commissioner for 7 years, and Nancy was Co-Chairwomen when starting the Catlin Public Library as well as worked as a Librarian in the school district. Together, they have an impressive list of accomplishments, showing their love for this community. Always offering a helping hand and looking for new ways to improve, Terry and Nancy have been devoted to the area and the people they have met along the way. As a gift, my sister and I wanted to collect stories from anyone who has something funny, sweet, or touching to share!
