ew out of the vision of Rev. Dr. Larry W. Ellis, a respected pastor and community leader in the Bay Area. He envisioned a community entity that could meet the unique secular needs of diverse populations of seniors and youth who are outside the traditional reach of the church. POI 4Ward is the youth program of POI that provides a sustainable after-school program with a unique formula for academic progress and family support during grades 2-8. We will make the benefits of out-of-school time accessible for all families.
