Dear Patients,

Due to the recent declaration of a national emergency and local shelter in place orders, we have decided to shut down all non-essential services to help contain the spread of COVID-19. There is growing evidence that COVID-19, may be spread in the absence of symptoms. To safeguard our vulnerable patient population and to provide our healthcare system a fighting chance to address severe cases effectively, we will be shutting down all non-essential services starting March 17th.

Services that will still be available day by day in limited hours until Friday March 20th (closed Wednesday):

1) Dispensing of current pending orders. (By appointment only. No walk ins)

2) Medical emergencies (By appointment only. No walk ins)
3) Phone services (9am to 1pm, 3pm-6pm)

4) Direct shipping of contact lens (text or call 510-581-1680) We will extend prescriptions expired within 6 months and arrange direct shipment of a minimum of 3-6m supplies. We are working on getting an online ordering system in place. Please check back here for updates.

This decision to shut down was not taken lightly as a medical office and a small business. The well being of our patients and staff remain top priority prompting us to close. If we can save one person through our actions, it will be worth the sacrifices.
We urge everyone to do their part in social distancing to minimize the spread of this virus. As a reminder, the majority of us will be fine, but consider the vulnerable population, our grandparents and those who are immune compromised.
