Established in 1994 after the tragic murder of Jennifer Han-chi Lin with a mission to promote child safety and youth musical interest in a safe and caring community Each summer, the Foundation sponsors a free music program for Bay Area youth musicians to express their musical talents while forging friendships in a safe and caring environment.
