Making pretty things — bouquets, arrangements, and the occasional “OMG, can you make this Pinterest thing” request

Customer magic — greeting, smiling, helping, chatting, phone‑answering, all with charm

Computer bits — entering orders, clicking buttons, pretending the printer isn’t plotting against us

Shop shenanigans — flower prep, bucket scrubbing, ribbon wrangling, box breaking, general “I got it!” energy

Delivery help — spreading joy around town (clean MVR required)
