pandemic, I successfully transitioned the company to full remote operations by implementing a redundant zero-trust VPN system and migrating Active Directory, file services, and specific workstation needs to AWS VPC, ensuring both security and functionality. Additionally, I upgraded ERP systems for two companies and managed them daily. I have developed custom MS SQL queries, Access 2000/2003 databases, and Crystal 8.5 reports to provide supplementary custom reporting that is not available in standard ERP packages such as Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP system and Expandable II. These reports include tracking sales metrics, capital expenditures, labor backlog, and calculating scrap/drop content in Bills of Materials. Moreover, I have implemented wireless barcode systems with touch screens to monitor labor directly on the shop floor.
