A Sourcing trip to Guatemala

We recently embarked on an incredible trip to origin with Onyx Coffee, traveling to visit our partner coffee farms. This journey took us deep into the heart of coffee-growing regions of Huehuetenango, where we connected with the dedicated farmers and producers who make our craft coffee possible. Enjoy the taste of Guatemala in our Flat Black and Before Dawn and stay tuned for another single origin from El Tambor farm that we will be releasing in the next month.

One of many great projects that Onyx participates in is the production of coffee blossom honey. This provides Guatemalan farmers with an alternative revenue stream from their existing coffee farms. We exclusively use this honey in our cafes and also have jars available for purchase to show support for our partners who make specialty coffee possible!
