The Castle Hotel and Bar began as the gathering place for quarry workers, ranchers, and travelers during the 1890's. Around 1910, The Castle Hotel and Cafe became the stopover for travelers between Denver and Colorado Springs. We are hiring!! Looking for the cream of the crop to hold down the bar at both the Castle Cafe and at our new sister Restaurant, Bien y Tu. Bar experience, good vibes and a good work ethic required.
