At Guernsey, Board 10 is supposed to be reimplemented to hold 6...and engineers board to 4 to provide short turn service. This according to management will happen Monday.

Well it looks like they have everyone set up...cuts coming next week. Not sure what that means for Casper yet. Guernsey is going to a conductor extraboard and increasing engineer board for short turn service...fyi

Railroad update. 1100 motors in storage. We are at 350 coal sets now going down to 250 by next year. Up too 3600 anticipated furloughed. Not looking good economically my friends.
