Most of you know and love our delivery driver, Wendy. 💐
She's the one making sure your flowers arrive safely, whether it's sunshine, pouring rain, or a Wyoming blizzard. Honestly, she's more reliable than USPS! I've watched her walk through three feet of snow because her car couldn't make it down a customer's driveway—and she still made sure those flowers got to the front door. (No, I didn't make her do that... that's just who she is.)
Wendy doesn't just deliver flowers. She delivers joy, comfort, celebration, and love with every bouquet. Her kindness, dedication, and heart are a huge part of what makes our little flower shop and community so special.
Today, we're asking for your prayers, positive thoughts, and good vibes for Wendy. After a long journey living with polycystic kidney disease (PKD), she received the incredible call that a donor kidney had become available. She made the trip to UCHealth in Aurora, and as we share this, she is in surgery for her kidney transplant.
If you've ever met Wendy, had flowers delivered by her, or simply know the kind of person she is, please keep her, her donor, and everyone caring for her in your thoughts today. We are praying for a successful surgery, a smooth recovery, and the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for someone who has spent so much of her life caring for others.
