Meet Troy, one of our dedicated Superintendents at Caspar Building Systems!

With 11 years in the construction industry and five years at Caspar, Troy brings extensive experience in excavation, heavy equipment operation and utility installation to every project he oversees. From serving as superintendent on the Bar Nunn Splash Pad to managing major maintenance projects, he takes pride in delivering quality work and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

When asked why clients should trust Caspar, Troy points to the team's competent leadership, collaborative approach and commitment to honesty. He also believes what sets Caspar apart is its deep local roots, strong traditions and investment in the communities we serve.

After years working in the oil field, Troy says one of the things he values most about his career today is being able to go home to his family every night. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, he is proud to be a husband, dad and grandpa.
