With a heavy emphasis in strength training and cardiovascular respiratory endurance, you will discover things about yourself you never thought were possible. April: Push/Pull Challenge
Athletes took on a 3-level tier challenge of:
âś… 100 Push-Ups
âś… 50 Strict Pull-Ups
With one goal…finish in 10:00 or less.

This challenge tested muscular endurance, strategy, and grit.

May: FTP Challenge
May brought a completely different test. Athletes tackled an FTP effort where we learned valuable lessons about:
⚡ Pacing
đź§  Mental Toughness
🔥 Average Calories Per Minute

This challenge wasn’t just about fitness, it was about understanding how to manage effort, stay composed when things got uncomfortable, and push beyond perceived limits.

To all who participated, thank you for showing up, embracing the challenge, and giving your best effort. Whether you won or not, every athlete walked away stronger, smarter, and more confident than before.
