TriangleXC is a middle school cross-country team/club open to middle school boys and girls who like to run (we will also welcome 5th graders who really like to run). Practices are happening now (August 2013) with the first meet on August 27th. TriangleXC is focus
TriangleXC lives on....and will start in April. Info session 4/4 at 4:30pm at the usual shelter. Use the website for further info as we will be signing off Facebook.

Official practice begins today for the Fall 2014 XC Season. Looking forward to it.
Looking forward to today's meet at Cary Academy. Yes...we do run in the rain! It's divine intervention that we haven't had to yet. It makes for a muddier run but it can also be cooler for the runners.
What we don't run in is thunder and lightning. We'll have to wait until the meet to see if that comes into play.
