Train With Intensity - Online personal training
Train With Intensity uses many training methods for their clients but the most popular one can be best described as a cardio weightlifting method. Here the exercises are paired so one increases the heart rate and the other focuses on strength. The timing between exercise pairs is also restricted to less than a minute. This maximizes calories burned and at the same time tones and strengthens the body.
