We are a freight forwarding company and seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, answering phone calls and accommodating clients when they come in.
Responsibilities:
• Enter data (pictures, car information, client information, etc.) into our home system
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Get familiar with our clients because you will deal with their documents on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills/ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Excellent typing skills
• Self starter
• Problem solving (we do not want to have to micromanage, so it is crucial that you are able to think quick on your feet)
