The Nevada State Fair was originally founded in 1874 and had been Nevada's longest running event. The Board of Directors for the Nevada State Fair met on Tuesday, March 8th, 2011, and decided to close ending a 136 year run (1874 to 2010). Nevada State Fair for day 2 of 4. We know there’s been a lot of confusion with two events called State Fair happening at the same time. We are here in the grass and under the trees in Carson City at Mills Park, which we can guarantee feels a lot better than the hot asphalt. Serving up the best Nevada brewed beers from Battle Born Beer, The Depot Craft Brewery Distillery, and Parlay 6 Brewing Company. Free admission. We’ll be here til Sunday.
