We're proud to celebrate the grand opening of Pioche Apartments, transforming an aging WWII-era housing complex into 32 modern, energy-efficient, affordable homes for rural Nevadans. This nationally recognized redevelopment reflects what's possible when local leadership, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to housing come together.

From owner-paid utilities and solar energy to fiber internet and thoughtful design inspired by Pioche's rich history, this community was built with residents—and the future—in mind.
