Are you an experienced maintenance professional with leadership skills? We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance operations, supervise maintenance personnel, and ensure buildings, grounds, and equipment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Organize and prioritize service requests, repairs, and unit make-readies
✔️ Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
✔️ Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance
✔️ Maintain maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment inventories
✔️ Respond to emergencies including flooding, sewer backups, and lighting issues
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
✔️ Assist with property emergencies and disturbances as needed
✔️ Maintain required safety records and documentation

Qualifications:
🔹 Maintenance and property management experience preferred
🔹 Leadership and supervisory experience
🔹 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
🔹 Knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance
🔹 Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
