Welcome, Benning!
Our Sales & Marketing Intern, Benning Bass, started her first day with a shop tour led by Operations Manager Hailey Palmer. We’re happy to have her on the team and look forward to a great summer ahead!

Our is on Jesse Archambault, CNC Machinist at our Rock Hill division. With 11 years at Action and more than two decades in machining, Jesse brings experience, problem-solving and a steady approach to the team.

What started as a search for a good-paying job turned into something he genuinely enjoys — especially the challenge. Whether it’s something new or something he’s done a hundred times, Jesse takes pride in figuring it out and getting it right.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys unwinding with good company on the golf course.
