Wow, what a day! Our annual crawfish boil is one of our favorite traditions because it brings together the trade partners and friends who help make every project possible.

We went bigger this year, and honestly, that's the only way to do it. Lots of food and a lot of time spent with people we genuinely enjoy working with.

That's really what it's about. The best relationships are built in moments like this, which is why this event is one of our favorites every year.

It was our annual chili cook-off on Friday. Very serious business. Trash talk. Bragging rights on the line.

It also happened to be Brady’s birthday.

So we surprised our CEO with Cinderella. A real one. She walked in, crowned him a princess, sang Happy Birthday…and then got all of us playing party games. Brady turned the same shade of red as our logo. The office was crying laughing. One of those moments you can’t plan but won’t forget.

And then…he won the chili cook-off.

So now he holds two titles: Princess and Chili Cook-Off Champion. Not many CEOs can say that.

We take our work seriously. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. 👑

Financial spaces require experience. From coordination to final finishes, this one came together just the way it should.

From the 19th floor of 23Springs the city shows off. And soon, this will be the everyday backdrop for Bank OZK in their new office we’re building.

Exposed ceilings, scaffolding, ductwork everywhere…and still, the views steal the show. It’s one of those moments where you’re reminded why we do what we do. Yes, we’re deep in construction mode. But we’re also creating a place people will walk into every morning and think, this is pretty incredible.
