Java Gaming Cafe

With covid hitting all the small business hard, we were no exception. Unlike other businesses with drive-thru, takeout, and online orders, Java guest don't have that option. We had to mandatorily close on March 19-June 4. We have been paying as much rent as we could since then. We had to let all of our employees go. Jeff and Debbie have worked the last 7 months without pay to stay afloat.
We received a notice from the Landlord that they wanted a certain amount of unpaid back rent by 1/25 or they would lock the doors. Java and the landlord came to an agreement on a lower amount that we could pay. We got the money ready but on the 24th, they said they wanted the original amount. Unfortunately, we could not come up with that and have been locked out of Java.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to each and every guest that came. You were our family. We are heartbroken that this happened and thank each person for your patronage. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
