Vino & Vinyasa this last weekend! Yoga first, then wine... or in this case, mango mimosas. We had wine too, tho. Great time with Baylor, Scott & White and their nearest and dearest.

Food, glorious food! We had yummy, yummy things to eat on our retreat. And we took care of our vegan friends as well, keeping food separate when needed and focusing on plant based recipes. That's not to say we didn't break into some salami, we did.

Just a few highlights from our Retreat to Broken Bow this weekend. It was an amazing weekend and we had a blast! Lots of food and fun and yoga and hikes and wine and new friends!
