Does working with kids in the outdoors sound like your kind of job? California State Parks is now hiring for multiple Point Lobos Summer Adventures Outdoor Program Counselor positions!

This hands-on role is all about creating meaningful, fun, and safe outdoor experiences for youth—whether that’s hiking coastal trails, kayaking, or even joining whale watching excursions. You’ll work alongside a team to inspire the next generation to connect with nature across Point Lobos and the Monterey Peninsula.

Ideal candidates are comfortable being active outdoors (hiking up to 5 miles/day), working with kids, and participating in ocean-based programs.
