Ritz Charles took grits and created the Judge’s Choice Best Sweet AND the 1st Place Chef/Student Team winner! CHS Student Kaitlynn Hilbert won a $6000 Scholarship from Sullivan University and a $750 Scholarship from Carmel Culinary Boosters! Congratulations to Chef Erin Edds and Kaitlyn for putting the Ritz in grits! A huge thank you to Gordon’s Food Service for the grits challenge!
