Had the pleasure of doing this mudroom addition in a home in Indy. Relocated the plumbing and dryer venting into this room as well as added a dog bath with microcement surround.

We took care of 2 leaking showers caused by improper waterproofing of the pan causing water to leak out of the shower and destroy Sheetrock outside the wall and create mold. New fiberglass pans with walls waterproofed with Go Board backer board and sealant and then 12x24” tiles installed with economical shower glass enclosures as well.
