Choose food first 👏🏼
Here are some great food options for increasing your magnesium without supplementation:
🥜 Nuts, seeds, legumes
🍗 Chicken
🍞 Whole grains
🥛 Dairy
🥬 Spinach and leafy greens
🥗 Fruits and veggies
🍫 Dark chocolate
Mix in 1-2 of these options with your meals to increase your overall magnesium intake, and always consult with your health care providers or registered dietician for help with nutrient deficiencies!
