Meet one of the special guests joining us for our Blues Showcase on July 10: Johnny Vernazza.

Johnny is a true blues guitar legend whose career has included performing and recording with icons like Carlos Santana, Jerry Garcia, Steve Miller, Chuck Berry, Duane Allman, and Elvin Bishop. His signature slide guitar playing has been heard on countless recordings, and next week you’ll get the chance to experience it live in the intimate setting of Amplified Studios.

Johnny will be joining the Howlin’ Aces for an evening of classic blues inspired by Albert King, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Junior Wells, and more, brought to life with touches of funk, jazz, and rock ‘n’ roll.
