Orielle Anaïs is one of the practitioners on our retreat.
“Our body is the liaison between the infinite and the finite. I’m here as your guide to physical sovereignty.”

Over the course of the weekend, Orielle will guide you through a wide range of movements and breath designed to develop awareness, connection, and stability in all aspects of your physical life.

These sessions will give you tools to develop awareness of how your body moves through space, and the awareness of your internal workings. Using props to create a variety of environments to explore pathways of movement, the work is at once subtle and vast.

Approaching the body with anchored creativity, Orielle Anaïs is a Somatic Movement Instructor, dancer, and visual artist.

She has training in a wide scope of modalities including; Modern Dance, Breathwork, Aerial Arts, Gyrotonic®, Functional Fitness, Ashtanga Yoga, and Neuromuscular Vibration with the Galileo Machine.

Orielle is passionate about deepening awareness of the body from both an internal and external perspective, and living with vitality and bodily sovereignty.”
