Since that time he has consulted with thousands of business owners, managers and leaders. Phil continues to speak and consult with all types of groups. He was the keynote speaker for the Governor of Florida’s Inauguration and the largest Blood Drive ever conducted by the Red Cross and Hope Worldwide in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Talking to people and sharing dreams is what he learned from the farm, traveling and in graduate school. His passion is to give people an opportunity to grow, share and be successful in this life. Phil is an avid reader of personal and professional development. He also believes in giving back to the community and founded a charity golf tournament that has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars with Fuzzy Zoeller and Chi Chi Rodriguez. For years American Airlines dubbed it the most fun and fruitful tournament in North America. One of the things that he enjoys doing is seeing people smile and overcome adversities in everyday life. He seeks deep into the roots of this world so the tree of life can grow in anyone ready for the adventure and challenge.
