Nobody talks about how important the 6th house is.

So let me change that.

Most astrology content will tell you the 6th house is about work, routines, and health.

That’s true. But it’s only half the story.

The 6th house is also the house of the spaceholder.

It’s the part of your chart that describes HOW you serve — and what you need in order to serve sustainably.
Your 6th house shows:
🌿 The rituals that actually restore you (not the ones Instagram says you should do)
🌿 The kind of daily structure that feels nourishing vs. depleting
🌿 What “self care” actually means for YOUR nervous system 🌿
The scaffolding that holds you up so you can hold others If you’re a therapist, healer, or practitioner, your 6th house is your blueprint for sustainable service.

And most of you have never looked at it this way.

In a few weeks I’m running a free 7-day challenge built entirely around this idea.

The 7-Day Self Care Challenge for Spaceholders — starting July 20.

🌿 Drop the zodiac sign that rules YOUR 6th house in the comments. I’ll reply with what it means for your self care practice. Don’t know your 6th house sign? Drop your rising sign and I’ll help you find it.

Gemini season didn’t feel like the sign it’s known for.

No small talk. No scattered energy. No light curiosity.

For me, it felt like descending — lantern in hand — into the parts of my psyche I had been circling for years without quite being able to name.

Because Gemini spans my 8th and 9th houses, this season is never just mental. It’s an excavation followed by the philosophy born from surviving it.

First the underworld. Then the meaning. Then the alchemy.

What I didn’t expect was how much this season would ask me to stop consuming insight and start embodying it. To feel the difference between understanding something and actually integrating it into the body.

Insight without embodiment can still become dissociation.

That line arrived in my journal on June 23rd and it hasn’t left me since.

The new blog is live — What Gemini Season Taught Me About Alchemy — and it holds all of it:

✦ The 8th house descent and what it actually feels like to name what you find there
✦ Ceres, nourishment, and the difference between consuming and being fed
✦ What Uranus entering Gemini is rewiring in all of us
✦ The solstice Isis Oracle spread that confirmed everything
✦ An invitation, reflection prompts, and practices to close the season with intention
