Rooted Postpartum

We had such a fun time at today! Highly recommend packing a picnic and bringing the fam out for a little day trip to love on the animals!

I got a taste of Dr. Somer's work this weekend and it was incredible! I was blown away to learn about the fascial connections that run all throughout the body, and how they relate to the nervous system. I highly recommend checking out this series!
