Marble is thrilled to have Oyster Farmer, Sonya Benson join us on Friday, March 27th.
Born and raised in the valley and here when it is not oyster season, Sonya is farming oysters and is the raw bar manager with Cutty Hunk Shellfish Farms, on Cutty Hunk Island, Massachuesetts. She will be shucking and talking oysters on Friday night.
