Clean Right Power Washing

There’s more to power washing than simply blasting high pressure water. In fact higher pressure is generally not optimal. Things like nozzle size, amount of pressure, distance from nozzle tip to surface, how slow/fast and direction of the wand strokes are and what cleaners/chemicals used are all factors in a good power washing job. Most surfaces can be damaged or scarred without this knowledge and a lot of experience, even hard surfaces like stone and concrete.

This is a stone deck we recently cleaned and sealed. You can see the result of a less than optimal power washing attempt in the before photos before we were called in to clean and seal. With the right stone cleaners and pressure washing techniques we were able to blend out the prior wand stroke marks, reseal and restore the beauty to this stone.
