New project in LaSelva Beach! Looking forward to this project for this amazing family. We’re adding bedrooms, a bathroom, expanding the Dining arm, a new outdoor dining and entertaining deck, all for family gatherings

Old-growth redwood. Tight grain. Deep color. Can you believe these were floor joists?? Marks from a carpenter who swung a hammer here before electricity reached this neighborhood.

We’re milling and reusing every board we can — not because it’s trendy, but because this timber is irreplaceable. It’s part of the home’s story, and honoring that story is why we do what we do.

There’s something special about giving old wood a new life.
A quiet continuity.
A bridge between hands long gone and the hands restoring it now.
