Our mission at Dynamic Athletic Performance is to grow stronger athletes and create healthier individuals within our local and online community through trainings, nutrition and education.

Conditioning took a bit of a back burner while we corrected movements and worked solely on the foundation first. Once the mechanics are in tact, we go HAM with training.

And after this athlete went back home after a summer of training with me, the plan was continued and I received this message a few months later. I can’t help but be excited. 🎉

Not only are my athletes proud of their results but I’m proud of them for committing to the process. For dedicating their trust in what I bring to the table and knowing they’ll get where they want to go with a little mechanics tweaking and relationship building.

There are three parts to my training program that help create a faster + stronger athlete every single time:

1️⃣ DYNAMIC WARM UP

2️⃣ EDUCATION FOCUSED SPEED + AGILITY TRAINING

3️⃣ STRENGTH TRAINING

All three individually will help train your athlete to be stronger, faster + more confident on the field. But in order to create the true powerhouse athlete, the one most athletes crave to be, they have to incorporate all three into their daily routine.

It’s like the story of three-legged stool. When one part of the training is off or not executed properly, the stool becomes unbalanced and misaligned. The same goes for my athlete training.

At DAP, I focus so much on making each of the legs perfect that there isn’t any room for the missing link to fall flat. I meet athletes where they are, train to their gaps and strengthen each leg of the stool for explosive power.

If you’re not trying new things, are you even living life?! Avery’s had a fun summer learning new skills before dance season kicks back up again in the fall. We may have a tennis player on our hands!
