We are looking to hire a full time experienced computer repair technician for residential and business MSP projects. Must have a valid drivers license and an operational vehicle for both in shop, and on-site repairs.
Customer service skills are a must, we are a local repair company that has a very heavy focus on top tier customer service, and a great working atmosphere not found in many other companies.
Must be able to configure network VPN/Firewalls, managed switches, NAS devices, VOIP systems, servers, and desktop/laptop workstations. Must be familiar with MSP stacks and workflows to provide clients with a tailor made solution to their unique requirements.
Must be available 9:30am-5:30pm on weekdays with availability on weekends.
Hourly pay + Commission, will start out as 1099 Contractor until 90 day probationary period is complete.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
