This week is all about real American comfort food made completely from scratch. No boxed mixes. No shortcuts. Just hands-on cooking that builds confidence and real kitchen skill. Each day includes a full savory main course and a scratch-made dessert. Students work in teams, practice safe knife skills, learn how heat transforms food, and understand why certain steps matter in baking and cooking.
