Hello my fellow yogis!

Starting this Wednesday, July 19th, I will be offering free yoga classes in the new park on the corner of Main St & Church.

Class will be @ 630pm
Bring your mat, blanket for savannas’ and some water. 1 hour long Hatha class this week. I hope to offer a class every Wednesday, weather permitting.

Looking forward to having a class outside.
