Here's the video of the cat being rescued last week! Truck 1, Engine 19, and Battalion 1 rescued a cat that was trapped by partially buried concrete slabs. Firefighters used cribbing and hydraulic spreaders to gain access to the cat and removed it from harm. The cat was reunited with its family.

Each year on September 11th Instructor Laughlin climbs 110 floors at our training tower in honor of the 343 firefighters that paid the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11/01. This morning he was joined by a group of our recruits that wanted to pay their respects as well. Thank you, Instructor Laughlin for your leadership by example!
